Access is reserved for users authorized by the property manager or by E-Syndic. Some modules depend on the subscribed plan and the rights assigned to each profile.

2. User responsibilities

• Keep login credentials confidential.
• Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• Check the accuracy of published or transmitted information.

3. Availability and security

E-Syndic implements reasonable security, backup and business-continuity measures. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute uninterrupted availability.
